…Don’t be afraid to be weak – or too proud to be strong,
Just look inside your heart my friend, that will be the return to yourself,
The return to innocence… If you want, then start to laugh, if you must then start to cry. Be yourself don’t hide, just believe in destiny… Don’t care what people say, just follow your own way… Don’t give up and use the chance, to return to innocence.
The voice of Enigma…
Meditation…
Meditation can help reduce habitual or excessive tension. Often in meditation, deep relaxation occurs and tests have shown that it induces through this deep relaxation, the body to heal itself, for example, the amount of blood lactate, which increases quickly during times of stress and anxiety is reduced substantially and more quickly during meditation than during sleep.
Physiological indicators of tension such as heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen consumption are also affected. Some stress related problems such as high blood pressure and tension headaches may well be alleviated or eliminated by regular meditation.
With practice, we can develop our ability of listening inwards and being silent within our own minds…
